The Federal Enword Reserve — the central bank of the Republic of Dab, seated at the Bank of Kush — is issuing the founding register of its bearer instruments. Each is a perpetual bearer bond: it does not mature, and it pays no interest.
Its coupon is paid in standing — the recognized right to the soft-A form, recorded on the certificate and carried by whoever holds the bond. The instrument authorizes that one form only; the hard-R form is void under every class, and is printed as void on the face of each certificate. Holding the bond is recognition of a standing already held. It confers nothing else.
Four thousand two hundred instruments are authorized across three credit grades, offered at fixed prices. The founding register opens once.
Every grade is the same perpetual bearer bond, co-signed by Governor Beaumont and Secretary Ashworth and held permanently on Arweave. What differs is the grade on the face — and the price, fixed at par.
The premier grade — the highest standing the Reserve recognizes, and the smallest class by design. Only two hundred bear the founding register.
